Cheap Vet Finder helps people who can't afford private-practice vet prices find real alternatives: nonprofit and humane society clinics, SPCA clinics, low-cost vaccine and spay/neuter programs, and national programs that help with big bills.

We focus on community clinics rather than veterinary school hospitals. Teaching hospitals do great work, but pet owners often report they aren't cheaper, especially for specialty care.

How we check listings

• Every fact comes from the clinic's or organization's own website, and we link the exact page.
• We only show prices the clinic publishes. If it doesn't publish something, we leave it blank instead of guessing.
• Each listing shows the date we last checked it. Prices change, so always call to confirm.
